Brooklyn Koy Saechao

Jeffrey E. Locker, a Gresham man accused of killing a 1-year-old girl in his care last week, had told authorities that the child fell in the bathtub and he called 9-1-1.

But Locker's description of what he said occurred and how the child acted immediately after the injury "was inconsistent with the physical findings," according to a probable cause affidavit filed in court Monday afternoon.
